The call center, voice recording system, operation management software, digital map applications, vehicle tracking and mobile data communication system operate in full integration in special systems developed for such teams as ambulance, police and fire department which intervene in emergency situations and Command Control Centers, where these teams are managed. The system allows managing the period extending from receiving the call of emergency situation until the operation is completed.
