If the drivers violate speed limits, they are given a verbal warning within the vehicle thanks to the special hardware. Speed limits can be defined separately for main road, inner-city and suburban road limits. Drivers lacking necessary training and certificates are prevented from driving, and managers are warned, when vehicles are driven outside permitted regions and times. Detailed usage reports on the basis of drivers, driving violations, daily vehicle and control charts are prepared, and this information is sent to managers and drivers through the automatic e-mail service.
